Who we are

This website belongs to Eric Pâtisserie Boulangerie Café, trading as By Eric, with locations in El Corte Inglés Puerto Banús, El Corte Inglés Capricho, the Supermercado in Puerto Banús, and the bakery atelier El Pan de Eric in La Campana, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

Orders

Orders for cakes and larger quantities are placed by WhatsApp, by email or in person at one of our locations. An order is confirmed once we have replied to you.

Orders placed before 15:00 can normally be collected the following day. Wedding cakes and large celebration orders need more notice — please talk to us as early as you can.

Prices shown on this website are the prices at the time of publication and may change. The price confirmed when you order is the price you pay.

Collection and changes

All orders are collected at the location you chose when ordering. We do not deliver.

If you need to change or cancel an order, tell us as soon as possible. Because everything is made fresh to order, cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection may still be charged.

Allergens

Our products are made in an atelier that handles wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame and sulphites. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these ingredients.

If you have an allergy, please tell us when you order and we will give you the full ingredient list for the product concerned.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Marbella, Málaga.
