What we collect

When you write to us or place an order we keep your name, your telephone number or email address, and the details of what you ordered. That is all we need to bake it and to let you know when it is ready.

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you.

Why we keep it

We use your details only to take, prepare and confirm your order, and to answer your questions. We keep order records for as long as Spanish tax law requires, and no longer.

We never sell your details, and we never pass them to anyone who is not directly involved in preparing your order.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@by-eric.es and we will answer within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
