Since Belgium
The house of Eric.
A Belgian pâtissier, an atelier in Nueva Andalucía, and one rule: make it fresh, every single day.
Your Marbella pâtisserie
Eric Pâtisserie Boulangerie Café is a must-visit when visiting Puerto Banús. You will find us on the first floor of El Corte Inglés, in the heart of the port — but the work starts long before that, in the bakery atelier in La Campana.
A cake from Eric is not just any cake. Each creation is in itself a piece of authentic craft, made with the freshest ingredients imported from his home country. Optimising texture and taste is the goal every single day. It is Eric’s passion, and it runs in his family.
Nueva Andalucía, before dawn
Every loaf, tart, croissant and bonbon sold under the By Eric name is made in one bakery atelier in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, under the watchful eye of Eric himself. Nothing is bought in. Nothing is frozen and finished elsewhere.
The atelier

Brought over from Belgium
The butter, the chocolate, the flour: Eric insists on the ingredients he grew up with, imported from Belgium for an authentic taste. It is the reason a croissant here tastes the way it does, and the reason the bonbons taste like nothing else in Marbella.
The ingredients

From the oven to Puerto Banús
What comes out of the oven in the morning is on the counter by opening. You will find us on the first floor of El Corte Inglés in Puerto Banús, in the Supermercado on the main floor, at El Corte Inglés Capricho, and at the bakery itself in La Campana.
The counter

Freshly baked on a daily basis. Each creation is in itself a piece of authentic craft.
